Press On Tyre Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing of Press On tyres for both the local and export markets has now been commenced. This initiative has enhanced the company’s manufacturing capabilities, enabling the production of a full range of Press On tyres up to 15-inch sizes. It has also strengthened production capacity and supported the growing demand in both domestic and international markets.
In addition, a new 400 press unloading system has been implemented for Press On tyre manufacturing.
Sandblasting Machine for Press On tyres
Sandblasting machines specifically designed for Press On tyres were successfully installed to strengthen the production line. The primary objective is to achieve the highest standards of surface preparation in tyre manufacturing, ensuring durability, consistency, and superior product quality.
By integrating advanced sandblasting technology into the workflow, the installation helped to:
- Enhance adhesion during subsequent manufacturing processes.
- Improve surface uniformity, reducing defects and increasing reliability.
- Boost production efficiency by streamlining preparation steps.

Tyre Mounting Facility for Solid Tyres
A comprehensive tyre mounting facility was successfully launched and fully equipped to handle a wide range of solid tyres. The advanced setup was designed to accommodate tyre sizes ranging from 8 inches up to 20 inches, ensuring flexibility and convenience for various industrial and commercial applications.
With a strong focus on precision, safety, and efficiency, the facility is capable of delivering reliable mounting services for different types of solid tyres used in equipment such as forklifts, material handling machinery, and other heavy-duty vehicles. Skilled technicians utilized modern tools and techniques to ensure each tyre was mounted securely and accurately, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.
This expansion has the capacity of providing high-quality services and meeting the growing demands of customers. Whether for smaller tyres or larger, more robust ones, the facility was fully prepared to deliver consistent and dependable results.
Pneumatic Tyre Rebuilding
Pneumatic rebuilding services were successfully introduced, marking a significant expansion in tyre maintenance and lifecycle management capabilities. The new facility is designed to provide a cost-effective and environmentally responsible solution for extending the life of worn pneumatic tyres.
The re-treading and rebuilding services are available for tyres ranging from 15 inches to 23 inches, covering a wide variety of applications across industrial, commercial, and heavy-duty sectors. Using advanced equipment and proven techniques, tyres were carefully inspected, repaired, and restored to ensure they met high standards of safety, durability, and performance.
